- Highlights issues that need further investigation to prevent serious damage.
- Price: Starting from £545 (all inclusive). This report gives you more extensive information to help you make an informed decision before buying.
RICS Building Survey (Level Three)
- Best For: Large, older, or run-down properties, or when you are planning major renovations.
- Key Features:
- A more thorough and detailed inspection than the other reports.
- Describes visible defects and potential problems from hidden flaws.
- Outlines repair options and the likely consequences of not acting.
- Price: Starting from £675 (all inclusive). This is the most comprehensive survey, providing in-depth information about the property's structure and fabric.
