Words From Our Founder
I have been in professional practice as a Building Surveyor for over 30 years.
Over this time, I have inspected and reported on thousands of properties throughout Greater London and surrounding counties around the M25 orbital, particularly in Hertfordshire, Middlesex, and Surrey, but also in parts of Buckinghamshire, Essex, and Kent.
My breadth and depth of experience enable me to deliver a clear, well-informed, and expert professional appraisal of each new property I am instructed to inspect.
As you can appreciate, being a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) I have an in-depth knowledge of Building Regulations, and this knowledge supports customers buying properties in the South-East of England property market.
The Company carries substantial professional indemnity insurance as is required by RICS , verification is available upon request.
