Residential Surveys

At Buckleys residential surveys is about the most comprehensive in the business. Whether you are buying a one bedroom flat or a stately home, we will inspect the property from top to bottom. We’ll describe every element from the chimneys downwards, tell you about their condition and make recommendations where necessary.

We carry a full set of surveying equipment, including long lens cameras, binoculars, mirrors on extendable poles, damp meters, ladders, electrical testers and a full tool set. This ensures that we don’t miss a thing and can get to the source of any defect we identify.

We’ll check every gutter, open every window and turn on every light. We’ll inspect garages and outbuildings, pools and cellars. We’ll fire up boilers and run all the taps. We’ll leave no stone unturned.

A few days after our inspection we’ll email and post you our report. This is written in non-technical language and set out in clear sections.
